This policy explains what data WRDay collects when you use essayservicewrday.com, why we collect it and what you can do about it. Short version: we take the minimum we need, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it anytime.
1. What we collect
When you browse the site or contact us, we may collect:
- Contact details. Your email address and the content of your message when you write to us.
- Usage data. Pages you visit, time on page, browser type, device type and approximate location (country level). Collected through standard analytics.
- Cookies. Small files that keep the site working and help us understand traffic. Details in section 4.
2. What we do NOT collect
We do not ask for your name, school, payment details or account passwords on this site. Orders and payments are handled on our writing partner’s secure platform, which operates under its own privacy policy. We never see your card data.
3. How we use your data
- To answer your questions and provide quotes you asked for.
- To keep the site fast, secure and working as intended.
- To understand which pages help visitors and which do not.
- To meet legal obligations if they ever apply.
We do not send marketing emails. If you wrote to us once, you will not end up on a newsletter list.
4. Cookies
We use a small set of cookies: functional ones (the site remembers basic preferences) and analytics ones (anonymous traffic statistics). You can block cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some preferences may reset.
5. Third parties
We work with a limited number of service providers: website hosting, traffic analytics and our writing partner platform that processes orders. Each of them handles data under their own policies and only for the purpose they serve. We never sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
6. Data retention
Support emails are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Anonymous analytics data is stored per the analytics provider’s default retention period. Want your data removed sooner? Email us and we handle it.
7. Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Access to any stored correspondence is limited to the support person answering you. No system is bulletproof, but we keep our data footprint small on purpose: what we do not store cannot leak.
8. Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or demand deletion. Send a request to [email protected] and we respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or California, GDPR and CCPA rights apply respectively.
9. Children
The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
If we update this page, the new version replaces this one with a fresh date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on the site. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new version.
